Constance Herinková joined South College as an adjunct instructor in 2002. She became a full-time instructor in 2004. Ms. Herinková earned her B.A. in Government from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Clearwater, Florida in 1990.After receiving her law degree, Ms. Herinková practiced consumer bankruptcy law for a high volume law firm in the Middle District of Florida. She also worked for the State of Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement as a legislative liaison and senior management analyst. In teaching, Ms. Herinková draws upon over 18 years experience in a variety of environments including associate attorney in a large firm, partner in a small partnership practice, policy analyst, and executive director of a non-profit. Ms. Herinková has also been a Rule 31 trained Family Mediator since 2003.Ms. Herinková is licensed to practice law in Florida and Tennessee. She maintains membership in the Florida Bar, the Tennessee Bar, and the Knoxville Bar.
