Students may reserve library meeting rooms for up to two hours at either campus for group study by filling out a Meeting Room Reservation Request located on the Library Moodle site. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Meeting room reservation requests submitted between the business hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday will be addressed on the same business day. Requests submitted after 4:30 p.m. and before 8 a.m. Monday through Friday, or over the weekend, will be addressed when the library opens on the next business day. Confirmed reservations may be viewed on the Computer Lab and Meeting Room Calendar on the Library Moodle site. If the students are unable for any reason to keep the reservation made, or will be late to come to the library, they need to contact the library staff at the library where the reservation is being held as soon as possible. If the students do not contact the library staff and do not arrive by thirty minutes after the time of the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled and the room will be made available to others.
