Dr. Vania Naydenova

Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, Dr. Vania Naydenova joined South College as an adjunct in 2004. She became a full-time faculty in 2005. Dr. Naydenova earned an M.D. from the Bulgarian National Medical Academy in 1982. She also earned a Physicians Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in 1999.

After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Naydenova went on to specialize in Otorhinolaryngology from 1985 -87, and Occupational Medicine from 1996-98. She brings to her classroom more than 18 years of clinical experience in the fields of otorhinolaryngology, audiology/hearing rehabilitation, occupational otoneurology, neurootology and equilibrium, and general practice areas.

Dr. Naydenova maintains memberships in the Balkan Medical Society, Bulgarian Otorhinolaryngology Society, and Bulgarian Union of Physicians. In the USA, Dr. Naydenova maintains memberships in the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society, and American Association for the Advancement of Science as well. She has also written and co-authored many medical publications abroad.
