Our Certificate in Radiation Therapy program prepares you to excel as an entry-level radiation therapist through classes and clinical experience. Our modern labs create an excellent learning environment where you’ll be pushed to succeed. This is a 12-month program designed for full-time students. It requires the satisfactory completion of 60 quarter credit hours.
The goal of our Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a Concentration in Radiation Therapy is to foster a love of learning and a commitment to quality and professionalism. This program will give undergraduate students a specialization in Radiation Therapy over a 3.5 year period. Graduation requires the completion of 196 quarter credit hours. With this degree, you’ll be more than capable of becoming an advanced healthcare professional.
Both radiation therapy programs from South College emphasize the importance of commitment to quality patient care. These programs will enhance your ability to think critically, as well as develop your communication and technological skills. Graduates of both programs will be eligible for certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Ultimately, you will be prepared for professional success.
